Wootric (now a PG Forsta company) focus was on AI-driven reporting tools. I formally became the Senior Product Manager for Wootric in 2025 (instead of being the defacto PM) and continue to lead design.

Automated Technical Debt Management System. Grew our paying customer base 500%. Developed tools for Engineering managers to evaluate the performance and quality of developers code. It was a highly complex problem where management has always had little visibility.

Managed features from spec to implementation. Also headed Customer Service technology where I created processes/automation around Zendesk (our Customer Service platform). As a result: (1) User satisfaction went up (2) Ticket response time went down (3) Vacatia had metrics to measure our Customer Service team and improve ourselves.

Lead Design and managed product for an incredible sports-loyalty app startup based in SF. Enthuse negotiated relationships with the top colleges in the country to use Enthuse to increase student-team loyalty. Responsibities included (1) Managed a team of internal and external (France, Indonesia, Australia, Boston, etc.) resources. (2) Web & Mobile Prototyping (3) Working extensively with CEO and Board to shape product and business strategy. (4) Agile development and technical spec writing (5) Lead team from conception to close.
